Job Summary:
Due to brand growth, we are seeking a creative and highly organised Event and Contract Manager to join our team at Raw Bloom. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all floral arrangements and décor for weddings, corporate events, hotel designs, hotel installations, private functions, and other special occasions. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for floral design and event styling.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their vision, budget, and floral needs for events.
Develop and present floral design concepts, proposals, and mood boards, supported by the design assistant.
Manage event logistics, including ordering flowers, coordinating deliveries, and overseeing on-site setup and breakdown.
Collaborate with vendors, event planners, and venue coordinators to ensure seamless execution.
Supervise and direct a team of florists and assistants during event preparations.
Maintain relationships with flower suppliers to secure high-quality blooms and negotiate pricing.
Ensure timely completion of floral arrangements while maintaining exceptional quality.
Manage event budgets, invoices, and client contracts.
Stay updated with industry trends, floral design techniques, and event styling innovations.
Provide excellent customer service and support the Creative Director with client relationships.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a manager within a floral and/or scenic design role.
Experience with 5 star venues, unique and heritage venues and UHNW clientele.
Strong understanding of flowers, seasonal availability, and floral arrangement techniques.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for events.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
